DETERMINAN FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PENGGUNAAN ALAT KONTRASEPSI IUD DI KOTA PONTIANAK (Studi Pada Puskesmas Alianyang dan Puskesmas Karya Mulia)

Abstract

Distribusi penggunaan alat kontrasepsi Intra Utrine Device (IUD) di Kota Pontianak 4,43%. Puskesmas Alianyang menjadi daerah cakupan tinggi sebanyak 18,91% peserta dan Puskesmas Karya Mulia menjadi daerah cakupan rendah sebanyak 2,25% Peserta. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui perbedaan rata-rata dua sampel tidak berpasangan yang mempengaruhi penggunaan IUD pada daerah cakupan tinggi dan cakupan rendah di kota pontianak. Metode penelitian menggunakan study komparatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purpusive Sampling, Besar sampel adalah 91 terdiri dari 46 untuk cakupan tinggi dan 45 untuk cakupan rendah.  Uji statistic yang digunakan uji Independen sampel t-test dengan kepercayaan 95%. Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan uji bivariat menunjukan ada perbedaan rata-rata Pendapatan  keluarga (p= 0,023), dukungan suami (p= 0,000) dan sosial budaya (p= 0,000) dan tidak ada perbedaan rata-rata paritas (p= 0,859), kepemilikan JKN (p= 0,514) dan persepsi (p= 0,591) penggunaan alat kontrasepsi IUD pada cakupan tinggi maupun cakupan rendah. Disarankan bagi akseptor KB dan suami sebaiknya berdiskudi dahulu sebelum memilih alat kontrasepsi dalam upaya peningkatan cakupan pemakaian kontrasepsi IUD
