PENGARUH TERAPI HYPNOFIVESIC TERHADAP DEPRESI, CEMAS, DAN STRES MAHASISWA DALAM MENJALANI PROSES BELAJAR MENGAJAR DARING SELAMA PANDEMI COVID-19

Proses belajar mengajar secara daring (dalam jaringan) atau online memilikikekurangan yaitu beberapa orang merasa tidak nyaman, adanya kemungkinan muncul perilaku frustasi, kecemasan dan kebingungan. Oleh karena itu penting untuk menurunkan gejala kecemasan, stres, dan depesi agar mahasiswa dapat mengikuti proses pembelajaran daring dengan baik. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan manajemen relaksasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh hypnofivesic terhadap cemas, stres, dan depresi. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian quasy experimental pre post test. Penelitian dilakukan 3 sesi dengan masing-masing sesi dilaksanakan 15 menit. Responden yang digunakan berjumlah 34 orang, kriteria inklusi antara lain: usia 19 – 40 tahun; memiliki telepon seluler dengan fitur video; memiliki media social atau komunikasi untuk mengirimkan video. Sedangkan kriteria eksklusi yaitu memiliki gangguan mental lain, sedang melakukan skripsi, menjalani Ners. Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui nilai stres, cemas, dan depresi, sehingga kuesioner menggunakan DASS 21. DASS 21 tersebut memiliki 21 item. Hasil penelitian yaitu mayoritas responden adalah perempuan (94,1%). Terapi ini efektif untuk menurunkan stress (p = 0,00), cemas (0,006), dan depresi (p 0,002) pada mahasiswa. Oleh karena itu, terapi ini efektif untuk menurunkan stress, cemas, dan depresi pada mahasiswa dengan pembelajaran online. Sehingga terapi ini dapat diimplementasikan oleh mahasiswa secara mandiri untuk mengurangi stress, cemas, dan depresi.References
