  1. Duties of Authors
    Authors must ensure that all submitted manuscripts are original, have not been published elsewhere, and are not under consideration by other journals. Proper acknowledgment of all sources must be provided. Authors are responsible for the accuracy of data and findings presented in their manuscripts and must avoid all forms of plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, data fabrication, and improper paraphrasing.

    Editors are responsible for deciding which manuscripts will be published based on academic quality, originality, and relevance to the journal scope. The editorial process is conducted fairly, confidentially, and without discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, or institutional affiliation.
  3. Duties of Reviewers
    Reviewers are expected to provide objective, constructive, and timely evaluations of submitted manuscripts. All information regarding submitted manuscripts must be kept confidential, and reviewers must disclose any conflicts of interest before reviewing a manuscript.
