PENGARUH EFIKASI DIRI TERHADAP RESILIENSI PADA ORANG DENGAN HIV/AIDS

Abstract


Prevalensi HIV/AIDS di Indonesia saat ini masih cukup tinggi dan tentunya memberikan berbagai dampak baik secara fisik, social maupun psikologis. Dampak negative akibat penyakit maupun efikasi diri yang rendah tentunya dapat menyebabkan resiliensi yang rendah pula. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap resiliensi pada Orang dengan HIV/AIDS. Penelitian ini berupa correlational analitic dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sejumlah 40 responden diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan untuk variable efikasi diri adalah General Self Efficacy Scale dan untuk variable resiliensi menggunakan kuisioner the Connor–Davidson Resilience Scale. Analisa data menggunakan korelasi dan regresi linier sederhana, penyajian data dalam bentuk table distribusi frekuensi dan narasi. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa responden terbanyak memiliki efikasi diri tinggi (55%) dan resiliensi sedang (60%). Hasil uji statistic didapatkan nilai p value < 0,005, yang berarti ada pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap resiliensi pada ODHA di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Turen. Adanya hasil penelitian ini perlunya strategi bagi ODHA untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri sebagai upaya mencapai adaptasi positif terhadap penyakitnya.
