ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KINERJA PERAWAT GAWAT DARURAT

Abstract

Abstrak: Kinerja perawat merupakan faktor utama dalam menentukan keberhasilan pelayanan di rumah sakit. Kinerja dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan tenaga kerja, motivasi kerja, dukungan yang diterima (kepemimpinan), keberadaan pekerjaan yang mereka lakukan, dan hubungan mereka dengan organisasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja perawat gawat darurat. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah analitik korelasi dengan pendekatan waktu (Cross Sectional). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat instalasi gawat darurat RSUD dr. R. Koesma Tuban, RSNU Tuban dan RS Medika Mulia Tuban. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 40 perawat dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling yaitu simple random sampling. Uji bivariat yang digunakan adalah uji Spearmen dan menggunakan uji regresi linier sebagai uji multivariat. Dari hasil analisis diketahui faktor yang berhubungan adalah kemampuan dan keterampilan (p=0,000) dan memiliki tingkat korelasi kuat (r =0,678), faktor Kepemimpinan (p=0,000) dan memiliki tingkat korelasi yang kuat (r=0,662), faktor budaya organisasi (p=0,000) dan memiliki tingkat korelasi yang sangat kuat (r=0,854), sedangkan faktor yang tidak berhubungan adalah pengalaman (p=0,872). Faktor yang berhubungan dengan kinerja adalah kemampuan dan keterampilan, kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, sedangkan yang tidak berhubungan adalah pengalaman. Sebaiknya perawat Instalasi Gawat Darurat lebih memahami dan mampu menerapkan metode pendekatan budaya organisasi dalam malaksanakan tugas dan kinerja sehari-hari, sehingga dapat menjadi contoh untuk petugas kesehatan yang lain. saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah menggunakan pendekatan teori tentang budaya organisasi dan kinerja yang lain.
